The Ready List is based on the principles of the Alexander Technique (see disclaimer). It is a very simple way to transform ourselves by learning:

  • How to be present
  • How to focus
  • How to be peaceful in our bodies and minds 
  • How to find good posture 
  • How to balance movement and stillness
  • How to find time, space, and ease

The Ready List enables us to change our habits, in order to balance the nervous system and to bring a sense of peace into our lives. 


In this way we can experience a state of being in activity that we might more usually find when sitting in meditation.
