Soft & Tall is what happens when a mechanism called "the Primary Control" is working correctly.

How Does It Work?

The Ready List (TRL) is based on the principles of the Alexander Technique. 

But how does it work? For the first time, a modern neurophysiological explanation is proposed, drawing on direct studies of the Alexander Technique and other relevant scientific literature.
